This weekend saw the most beautiful Auckland winter days. Although the wind was still chilly, the sun was out in full force. We took full advantage of the sun and headed out to North Head on Auckland's North Shore where we picnicked, enjoyed the spectacular view and explored the old World War II tunnels. I feel absolutely spoilt living in New Zealand with spectactular surroundings at our fingertips.... Love it here!
