New Floor

After suffering a major plumbing leak directly into our basement living area, we decided to replace the carpeting with something easier to keep clean and more pet / Benji friendly.  After much deliberation, to-ing and fro-ing, obtaining of quotes and deliberation of colours we have gone with a concrete overlay floor.  Although the finished floor has taken a bit of getting used to....Randel and I are both very happy with the outcome!  It looks now as if a nice new rug has moved to the top of my Christmas list and that painting the room over my Christmas "break" is now on my to do list.
