Randel and I have just enjoyed three very hot, busy but at the same time relaxing and lazy days in Mount Maunganui. We basically "looked after" Camilla and three of her friends who were fulfilling their long time dream of spending New Years Eve at Mount Maunganui (as anyone in New Zealand will know, "The Mount" is the to-be place for youngsters on New Years Eve).
Amidst all the fetching and carrying, Randel tried his hand at surfing, we trawled the shops in Tauranga and Mount Maunganui and ate far too much!!
